To introduce a big milestone in WordPress history, I’ve creative directed this short animated film, along with my colleagues, Matias Ventura and Josepha Haden Chomphosy, to celebrate the release of WordPress 5.0. It’s a huge deal in that the brand new block editor is included with this new release. Not to mention with a software that powers 30+% of the Internet. We also premiered this video during the biggest WordPress event of the year — WordCamp US.

Working with the agency Thinkmojo, we created this jazzy film.

As a followup to the first video, we created a more in-depth narrative around the new block editor. Aiming to expand on the idea and inspire people of the possibilities it enables.
